What happens next

After the assessment
You receive the assessment report: whether TMS is indicated, the protocol and the planned course.

An outcome summary with the measured response and a maintenance plan, as your patient returns to your care.

Prefer your usual letter?

A standard referral letter addressed to the treating psychiatrist is just as welcome. Email or fax it to the clinic using the details in the footer, including the patient's contact number and the antidepressants tried.

Medicare in one line

Adults with major depression, an inadequate response to at least two antidepressants and no previous TMS are eligible for an initial funded course of up to 35 sessions, with a further 15 available at least four months later on relapse after response. The psychiatrist confirms eligibility at assessment.

Referrals are stored securely and used only to arrange your patient's care. Urgent or complex case? Call the clinic and a clinician will speak with you the same day.
