Our Clinic

Clinical care, measured at every Step

Neuro Evolution provides TMS for adults whose depression, anxious depression or OCD has not responded adequately to standard treatment. Every course is prescribed by a psychiatrist, calibrated to the individual, tracked with standardised measures from the first session to the last, and coordinated with the GP or psychiatrist who knows the patient best.

A Visit

What a session Involves

Each course is prescribed and overseen by a psychiatrist and delivered by trained TMS clinicians. A session takes about half an hour of your day.

How the six-week course runs
The treatment room: a reclining chair with the TMS coil arm, the stimulator on a cart beside it, and a fiddle-leaf fig by the window
  1. 1

    Arrive

Check in and a brief word with your clinician about how the week has been. At set points in the course you complete a short check-in so your progress can be tracked.

  2. 2

    Settle

A reclining chair, hearing protection, and the coil positioned to your own map from the first session. There is nothing to change into and nothing to take.

  3. 3

    Treatment

Around twenty minutes of pulses, felt as a steady tapping. You are awake and can talk, read or rest, a clinician is with you throughout, and the session can be paused at any time.

  4. 4

    Leave

Straight back to your day. There is no sedation and no recovery period, and you can drive yourself home.

Before your first session

Everything begins with a psychiatric assessment, which confirms that TMS is appropriate, settles Medicare eligibility and gives you a clear cost in writing. Ask your GP or psychiatrist for a referral, or contact us to discuss the pathway.

01

Measured, not guessed

Your motor threshold is mapped on day one, and short standardised check-ins run through the course. Decisions are made against your results rather than impressions, and you can see the trend yourself.

02

Honest about suitability

TMS is not a first-line treatment and is not right for everyone. A psychiatrist assesses every patient before a course begins; if TMS is not appropriate, we say so and help you find what is.

03

Shared care, in writing

Your GP or psychiatrist stays your doctor. They receive the assessment report, the midpoint trend and a course-end handover with a maintenance plan, so nothing about your care lives only with us.

Our Team

The people behind the Numbers

A small team, each responsible for one part of your course: the clinic running properly, the treatment delivered safely, and the cost stated plainly. Your psychiatric assessment is carried out by a consultant psychiatrist, who confirms that TMS is right for you before anything begins.
